Andrzej Mialkowski

Andrzej is a professional Ballroom and Latin dancer from Poland.  He launched Step by Step over 10 years ago in Brackley and it has gone from strength to strength throughout the last decade. 

As the founder of Step by Step,  his knowledge and expertise throughout the sport is extensive. 

IDTA qualified, Andrzej has over 15 years experience of training and teaching dancers. From their very first step right up to top level competitors. 

He is also a qualified adjudicator for competitions. He has the privilege of judging at the World Open Championships in Blackpool Tower, as well as other national events.  

Teaching Ballroom, Latin and Bachata. Andrzej teaches couples, solo dancers and student's for Pro-Am.
